Honda, a Japanese automaker, is targeting the premium car segment to improve its market share in the Indian car market. The company will reintroduce the Civic nameplate, while the CRV will get a 7-seat diesel model in 2018. The company has also begun work on the new generation City sedan, which is expected to be launched in late 2019 or early 2020. The concept of the 2019 Honda Brio has been unveiled. This is the Honda Small RS concept that was presented at the International Auto Show of Indonesia (IIMS) 2018. This is the basis of the new generation of Honda Brio. We had already revealed that Honda would launch the all-new Brio in 2019. This sedan will be based on the new generation Amaze. Engine of New Honda Brio
It is expected that the next Brio will be equipped with a BSVI version of the existing 1.2-liter i-VTEC petrol engine. This engine is capable of producing a maximum power of 89 hp and a maximum torque of 109 Nm. Like the current car, the next model will not come with the diesel powertrain. For transmission tasks, the tailgate will receive a 5-speed manual and an automatic CVT unit.
2019 Honda Brio Release Date
The 2019 Brio is expected to be in production by the end of 2018. The launch of the car will be in the first quarter of 2019.
